We are now looking for
Service Technicians
to join our team in Italy.
In this role, you will regularly visit our clients' retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations.
Positions Available
Location: Milan
Working area: Greater Milan, Northern and North-Eastern Italy
Location: Rome
Working area: Rome, Central Italy and Southern Italy
Our requirements
Completed trade apprenticeship
Positive attitude and enjoyment of day-to-day practical work
Friendly, helpful manner
Strong practical skills across multiple areas
Ability to work independently
Category B driving licence (formerly Category 3)
Good communication skills in English or German (preferable) — helpful for internal communication and digital documentation
Your tasks
Maintenance & repairs — Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
Fault diagnosis — Independently identifying and resolving issues, including lighting, sanitary facilities and furniture/fittings
Routine servicing — Carrying out regular checks to ensure store functionality
Minor painting — Completing small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms
Customer support — Acting as the on-site contact person for our clients
Digital documentation — Recording all work performed using our digital systems
