Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote, Portugal-based Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirement: Italian and English About The Role We are hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal .
In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English , assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
This is a remote position , but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities Provide technical customer service and support Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy,
