YOUR OPPORTUNITY In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are infinite.
You will work in the Financial Services Industry Regulatory team at our Milan office.
Your Role and Responsibilities Drafting opinions and legal memoranda on banking, financial, and insurance law and related research; Drafting and reviewing contracts related to financial and insurance products; Conducting legal due diligence on entities operating in the financial services sector; Compliance Assessments regarding the client companies' compliance with financial regulations; Assisting clients on anti-money laundering regulations.
Our Requirements You fit the profile we are looking for if you have a master's degree in law, wish to undertake legal practice,
have a passion for financial market regulation (Financial Intermediaries Regulations) and excellent knowledge of the English language.
Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills, proactivity, and flexibility complete the profile.
