Renesas Electronics in Catania, Italy is seeking a Staff Test Engineer to advance ATE test development for new products in the PCP unit.
You will work hands?on on ATE hardware, test programs, debugging and data analysis to enable smooth product bring?up and ramp.
The role requires 5–8+ years of experience, proficiency with ATE platforms, DFT knowledge and strong problem?solving abilities, with collaboration across Design, Product Engineering and Operations.
