ppWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support performance planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across our retail and e-commerce business. Reporting to the Planning Performance Manager, you will turn data into the insight that guides commercial and management decisions, with a strong focus on business performance and profitability. /ppThis is a hands-on, analytical role for someone who is comfortable moving between sales performance, forecasting, and the numbers behind the PL, across both physical retail and digital channels. /ph3What you'll do: /h3h3Business analysis and performance /h3ullipAnalyze business performance on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis, turning data into clear insight and actionable recommendations for management and merchandising teams. /p /lilipBuild and maintain forecasting and sales projection models across markets, channels, and store clusters (flagship, department store, outlet), supporting demand planning and OTB definition. /p /lilipAnalyze sell-through, stock exposure, and product rotation to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and stock efficiency. /p /li /ulh3Financial performance and profitability /h3ullipSupport PL analysis and reporting, monitoring operating costs and margins to ensure alignment with financial targets. /p /lilipTrack profitability by channel, category, and initiative, providing the analysis needed to support pricing and investment decisions. /p /lilipContribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles with structured analysis and performance projections. /p /li /ulh3Reporting and business intelligence /h3ullipDevelop and maintain an advanced reporting and KPI framework, fostering a data-driven culture across the team.



/p /lilipPrepare periodic performance reviews and reporting packages that bring the numbers to the decision-making table, not just to the file. /p /li /ulh3What we're looking for: /h3ullip2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, planning, FPA, or a similar analytical role, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce. /p /lilipAcademic background in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset, comfortable working across both commercial performance and financial data (sales, margin, PL, cost). /p /lilipAdvanced Excel is essential. Power BI (or a comparable BI tool) is a strong plus, as our reporting runs on it. /p /lilipAbility to translate analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for non-analytical stakeholders. /p /lilipPrecise, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. /p /lilipFluent English; Italian is a plus given the Milan base. /p /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ullipExperience with forecasting or demand planning models. /p /lilipExposure to PL and profitability analysis. /p /lilipFamiliarity with a multi-channel or multi-format retail network. /p /li /ulh3What we offer: /h3ullipCompensation package up to €35,000 gross annual salary, plus meal vouchers. /p /lilipLearning Development Programs: continuous learning experiences with TLG University and other projects. /p /lilipBe part of a young (31 on average) and international (+30 nationalities) group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. /p /li /ulpAt The Level Group, we believe diverse perspectives and experiences make stronger teams.
