This role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, workforce development, and cross‑functional collaboration to support business growth and customer satisfaction. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 h3Production Leadership /h3 ul liManage daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. /li liDevelop and implement production plans aligned with business priorities and customer demand. /li liMonitor and improve plant performance through KPI management, including OEE, productivity, waste, efficiency, and service levels. /li liEnsure optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and resources. /li /ul h3Quality Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with GMP standards, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. /li liCollaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to maintain product quality and audit readiness. /li liLead investigations related to production deviations, CAPAs, and operational issues. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liDrive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. /li liIdentify process optimization opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions. /li liPromote a culture of operational excellence and accountability across the manufacturing organization. /li /ul h3People Management /h3 ul liLead, coach,
and develop production supervisors and manufacturing teams. /li liFoster employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure smooth plant operations. /li liSupport new product introductions, scale‑up activities, and process transfers when required. /li liParticipate in strategic projects related to capacity expansion, automation, and operational improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related field. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 1 year of manufacturing leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, chemical, FMCG, or highly regulated environments. /li liProven experience managing production teams in a GMP‑regulated facility. /li liStrong track record of delivering operational improvements and productivity gains. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
/li liExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong leadership and people management skills. /li liExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /li liResults‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. /li liFluent Italian and good English skills. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe annual total compensation range for this position is 59,500–74,400–89,200 EUR.
