ppAs the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Manager, you will serve as the "gatekeeper" of technical quality for our utility-scale renewable energy projects. You are responsible for ensuring every project in our pipeline is technically sound, fully investor-ready, and supported by robust documentation. Your mission is to eliminate "technical surprises" by identifying risks early and ensuring all permits, designs, and contracts meet the highest bankability standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libProject Screening: /b Conduct initial technical screenings of new mandates, evaluating grid interconnection, land securement, and permits to identify "red flag" issues. /li libInvestor Readiness: /b Perform structured gap analyses on technical documents, including energy yield studies, environmental assessments, and EPC contracts. /li libVendor Due Diligence (VDD): /b Coordinate third-party experts and compile authoritative Technical Due Diligence Reports to expedite investor reviews. /li libInvestor QA: /b Serve as the primary technical contact for investors,



managing the QA log and resolving all technical queries through financial close. /li libRisk Data Management: /b Maintain the technical data room and collaborate with risk specialists to formulate mitigation strategies for material project risks. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libExperience: /b 10 - 15 years in renewable energy development, technical advisory, or project finance due diligence. /li libMarket Expertise: /b Deep knowledge of the European market, specifically the bItalian and German /b bankability criteria, local grid codes, and permitting standards. /li libTechnical Skills: /b Expertise in utility-scale solar, wind, or storage, including the ability to verify energy simulation outputs and engineering drawings. /li libEducation: /b An engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) is highly preferred. /li libCommunication: /b Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
