The Italian branch represents a strategic start-up with ambitious growth plans and a key role in developing the local market.
/p h3Offerta /h3 pReporting to European management, the candidate will be responsible for building and developing the After Sales function, with a focus on warranty, technical training, and quality processes.
This position will play a key role in defining procedures, setting up operations, and supporting the company's growth in Italy.
/p ul liBuild and implement technical management, training, warranty, and claims processes, including team set-up; /li liProvide technical support and contribute to the development of quality and warranty systems; /li liDefine and monitor KPIs for the technical quality team and service network; /li liImplement the technical quality business plan; /li liDevelop and execute training plans; /li liSet up and manage technical training sessions; /li liDefine and track KPIs for the warranty team; /li liLead warranty business planning and manage warranty operations across service stations and dealers; /li liSupport additional activities within the After Sales department.




/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liFluent in Italian and English; /li liExperience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (OEM or distributor), preferably within the European market; /li liStrong understanding of aftersales, warranty, and technical quality processes; /li liExperience managing dealer and service networks; /li liHands?on, proactive approach, with the ability to operate in a start-up environment; /li liStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
