Sales Assistant – Menswear Boutique Robusto dei Marmi Salary: up to €26,000 + Bonus Key Responsibilities: Deliver a highly personalised client experience, providing expert styling advice tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
Develop strong product expertise across the brand's Ready-to-Wear collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and Maison heritage.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, CRM activities, and exceptional after-sales follow-up.
Support Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique environment consistently reflects the brand's identity and luxury standards.
Contribute to daily boutique operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and product organisation.
Maintain an impeccable sales floor and stockroom environment, ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service.
Key Requirements: Previous experience in luxury or premium Ready-to-Wear retail, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and client expectations.
Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding luxury client experience.
Strong clienteling capabilities, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
combined with a proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, polished, and professional, with a strong sense of style, product sensitivity, and commercial awareness.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
