ppPNO Digital is seeking a senior, structured, and technically minded Product Owner to support the evolution of our internal and client-facing software ecosystem.
You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams, gathering requirements, shaping product direction, and ensuring effective delivery.
/p pThis is a central role within the organisation, requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate across several technical and business units in Rome.
/p h3What are you going to do?
/h3 pTo ensure the continuous advancement and effective use of PNO Digital's software tools by collecting and structuring requirements, guiding product development, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
You will contribute with new insights, help map existing tools, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
/p pDefine and maintain the bproduct vision and roadmap /b for selected PNO Digital software tools.
/p pGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into structured buser stories /b and specifications.
/p pPrioritise the backlog based on data, business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

/p pFacilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
/p pCollaborate closely with technical project managers to design and validate solutions.
/p pMonitor product performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to drive improvements.
/p pCoordinate rollouts, documentation, onboarding, and internal adoption initiatives.
/p pIdentify risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
