/h3 pJoin our Finance – Planning Control (FPA) team and gain hands?on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast?paced, customer?driven environment.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network.
/li liSupport monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
/li liConsolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
/li liPrepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
/li liPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers.
/li liAct as a business partner with Finance, Retail and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions.
/li liContribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGraduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
/li liStrong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
/li liBasic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
/li liAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
/li liProactive attitude, curiosity and a genuine interest in the retail and beauty industry dynamics.
/li liFluent in English (written and spoken).
