/p pTo strengthen its bRisk Management /b team, Zenith Global is seeking a bRisk Analyst /b who will report directly to the Head of Risk Management and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor securitisation transactions using a risk-based approach by asset class (e.g., NPL, UTP, performing, real estate), and prepare periodic reporting for the Company's governing bodies.
/li liEnhance the risk management framework for identifying, measuring and managing corporate risks, including ESG and climate-related risk factors, in line with strategy, regulatory requirements and market best practice.
/li liSupport ICT risk management activities in line with applicable DORA requirements, including ICT risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk management and incident reporting.
/li liSupport the Risk Committee, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up on action items.
/li liPromote risk culture across the organisation, including by contributing to and delivering risk education sessions.
/li liPrepare risk dashboards and management information for the Risk Committee, the Board of Directors and other governing bodies, ensuring timely escalation of key issues.
/li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance or a quantitative/scientific discipline /li liAt least 2 years' experience in Financial Services in a similar role, including within a consulting environment /li liStrong English, both written and spoken /li liCollaborative and proactive, with interest in structured finance.
