By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3pAs our Fraud Data Analyst, you will help secure the future of digital payments by architecting sophisticated real-time defense strategies. /pulliArchitect Real-Time Strategies – design and deploy logic for our real-time decisioning engine that combines ML scores with velocity features to make millisecond decisions. /liliPrecision Rule Development – translate complex fraud patterns into high-performing rules, optimizing the balance between false positive rates and gross fraud loss. /liliDeconstruct Payment Fraud – proactively hunt for emerging schemes (ATO, social engineering) and convert these insights into end-to-end mitigation strategies. /liliOptimize the Decisioning Stack – partner with Product and Engineering to define analytical requirements for new features and third-party data signals. /liliCalibrate ML Heuristics – work with Data Science to operationalize machine learning models, determining how to best wrap model scores with heuristic rules. /liliChampion Frictionless UX – analyze security measures to identify unnecessary hurdles and design dynamic friction strategies for a seamless user experience. /liliStrategic Performance Reporting – monitor rule efficacy and portfolio health, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to evolve our risk appetite. /li /ulpExpect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life in a fast-moving and supportive environment. /ph3Who We're Looking For /h3pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.
