SkyMinder is a Business Information platform powered by CRIF, and it gives access to in-depth credit and financial data on companies all over the world, look for a figure ofInternshipSkyMinder Content & Quality.SkyMinder is seeking an intern to support our Content & Quality team in managing operational activities and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in order management, as well as handling other related activities.Responsibilities:Assist the operations team with order management and processingRespond to client inquiries and provide customer service supportCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of ordersManage and maintain accurate records of orders and transactionsTroubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient mannerOther duties as assignedRequirements:Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics 365 (preferred)Fluent in English (written and spoken).
