The ideal candidate has graduated in law, with some experience in banking transactions, structured finance, corporate loans, trade finance, real estate, or MA, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in delivering advice to clients /li liWork in local and international teams of lawyers /li liConduct legal research and case law studies /li liHandle specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance,
