Together, we make Every Moment Matter. /p pThe bFinance Manager /b will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by providing high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis within an international business environment. The role will play a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner, delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. They will also have deep knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within Chinese culture and protocol. /p h3KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liLead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles. /li liPrepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders. /li liConduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. /li liSupport the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries. /li liPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.



/li liEnsure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies. /li liMonitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities. /li liContribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis. /li liSupport internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency. /li liTranslate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liMinimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company. /li liStrong experience in financial reporting and analysis. /li liProven experience in shareholder reporting and exposure to executive-level stakeholders. /li liSolid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. /li liFluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken. /li liBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. /li liStrong understanding of international financial standards. /li /ul h3WHAT ABOUT YOU: /h3 ul liHighly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset. /li liAble to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. /li liComfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial results. /li liThrive in an international, fast-paced environment. /li liAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix organisation.
