myPOS is expanding its team and seeks an Indirect Operations Specialist to support our Italian indirect sales channel, resellers, and self-employed consultants.
You will be the engine behind onboarding and ongoing support, guiding partners through the sales cycle, and removing blockers to drive growth.
In this role you will handle inquiries by phone and email, coordinate onboarding, track orders, and propose process improvements.
