As Consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3pbYou will assume the following key responsibilities: /b /pulliManagement of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations /liliExecution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources /liliArticulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries /liliPlanning, execution and completion of final deliverables independently /liliCoach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projects /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbAs a future Consultant you possess the following qualifications: /b /pulliMSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading school /liliA minimum of three years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience combined with an MBA /liliOutstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities.

/liliDemonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment /liliExperience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary secondary research /liliExceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumen /liliExcellent level of English and Italian is essential – other languages are also desirable /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for presenting with impact /li /ulpbFurthermore, the successful candidate will have the following characteristics: /b /pulliProactive, self-motivated, highly analytical and independent thinker /liliEnergetic, decisive and who respond well under pressure /liliHigh achiever with demonstrated creative and entrepreneurial spirit /liliAbility to adapt and integrate quickly with new cultures and organizations /liliStrong interpersonal/communication skills with clients, employees, professional staff and the community /liliWilling to travel /li /ulpAll applications will be favorably received and evaluated based on skills, regardless of color, race, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, parental responsibilities, age, religion, or belief.
