ph3Job Profile /h3 pTitle: Director, ABM (Corporate) /p pReports to: SVP, ATS Business Model /p pLocation: OPEN - North America or Europe preferred with willingness to travel up to 75%, dependent on location.
/p h3Overview /h3 pATS Corporation is an industry?leading automation solutions and technology provider that delivers custom and repeat automation, automation products and value?added services to multinational customers in life sciences, transportation, food beverage, consumer products, and energy.
/p h3Major Duties /h3 ul liPromote and facilitate the successful implementation of the ATS Business Model (ABM) within ATS Corporation.
/li liLead continuous improvement, goal deployment (Hoshin planning), lean and growth?specific actions throughout the organization.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 pA four?year Engineering degree or equivalent is required; specialization in electronics, electrical, mechanical or controls engineering is preferred.
MBA or master's degree is also preferred.
/p h3Experience /h3 ul li4?8 years of Operations, Engineering, Supervisory, and/or Management experience in a lean?driven manufacturing environment.
/li liAbility to assess key business metrics and situations from a "general manager's" point of view.
/li liAbility to design, develop, and implement an ABM (continuous improvement) roadmap for an operating business.
/li liMastery of a variety of ABM (lean) tools and methodologies.
/li liSuperior communications skills, including communicating with non?English speaking teams.
/li liSuperior training skills and knowledge of adult learning theory.




/li liSuperior influencing skills.
/li liAbility to translate theory into action to drive real, measurable results.
/li liFamiliarity with operational and commercial processes and tools (e.g., sales, order processing, distributor management, CRM, ERP).
/li liHands?on experience driving continuous improvement, including Transactional Process Improvements.
/li liExposure to and participation in a wide variety of training environments.
/li liStrong writing and administrative skills, including proficiency with word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
/li liDemonstrated proficiency in time and project management.
