We are looking for a Wholesale Specialist to join the Wholesale organization at Stone Island HQ in Milan.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of international wholesale sales campaigns.
/li liFacilitate communication and provide operational support to the global sales network.
/li liCoordinate the pre?season set?up of the Virtual Showroom, including product uploads, digital assets, pricing structures, showroom organization, appointment scheduling, and alignment with IT and external partners.
/li liOversee in?season maintenance and updates of the Virtual Showroom, ensuring data accuracy, collection updates, content completeness and continuous operational support for the sales team.
/li liManage the preparation, collection, and organization of commercial documentation.
/li liMonitor order progress, including confirmations, signatures, and post?sales follow?up activities.
/li liOversee order entry, replenishment requests, and ensure data integrity across systems.
/li liCollaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders to manage contractual documentation efficiently.




/li liSupport the coordination of wholesale special projects and exclusive client initiatives.
/li liAssist in the preparation of sales reports, performance analysis, and presentations for Area Managers.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–4 years of experience in Wholesale Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
/li liSolid understanding of wholesale sales campaigns, order management and commercial documentation processes.
/li liStrong ability to coordinate cross?functional stakeholders in an international environment.
/li liFluent in English.
/li liHighly organized, detail?oriented, proactive, with a strong operational and problem?solving mindset.
