/p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liSHIFT WORK: Some roles within this organization are shift-based.
Readiness and availability to work rotating shifts is required.
/li liSAFETY: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.
Own safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.
/li liDATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO): ul liDiagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.

/li liTroubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
/li liPerform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
/li liManual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
/li liWork rotating shifts (morning/late/night) and weekends to maintain a 24/7 data center environment.
/li /ul /li liLocal travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
A valid Italian driving license is required as Data Centers may not have any public transportation available nearby.
/li liWork Schedule: This is a 100% onsite in?person position due to the hands?on nature of managing mission?critical infrastructure.
/li /ul pLocation Requirements: Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited.
Therefore, a valid EU driving license is required for this role.
/p h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pThe minimum gross annual base salary for this position is 30,****** EUR.
Additional pay components may apply where applicable.
Benefits include statutory benefits, those applicable to the relevant collective agreement, and company supplementary benefits subject to further terms.

/p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liIT hardware troubleshooting related experience.
/li liCompleted formal education/apprenticeship or training in an IT related field.
/li liGood command of English, as it's an international environment.

/li liAvailability to work in rotational shifts.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDiploma or equivalent formal qualification in an IT related field.
