/p pWe are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProject Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of production, including planning, execution, and delivery, to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
/li liClient Communication and Partnership Development: Act as the primary contact for key clients, building strong relationships through clear communication.




Proactively address concerns and regularly update clients on project progress to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize solutions that align with their goals.
/li liProcess and Workflow Optimization: Promote innovation through the continuous improvement of workflows and the adoption of new technologies.
/li liPerformance Monitoring and Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and improve project performance.
Make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes.
/li liTeam support and Collaboration: Cultivate a positive and cooperative work environment by actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team success in achieving project goals.
/li /ul h3General requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in the translation industry with a minimum of 3 years.
/li liExcellent proficiency in English, with an additional language such as German or French preferred.
/li liExceptional time management and organizational skills.
/li liStrong computer and web proficiency.
/li liExcellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
/li liHigh analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.




/li liStrong motivation and work ethic.
/li liRobust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.
