We are a growing team looking for a Program Analyst – Operations Quality Performance to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.
The role is located in our Milan office.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDeploy quality standards through data and documents acquisition, verification and monitoring through CRM and other internal and external tools; /li liCollaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, to improve processes, automation and feedback implementation, and drive new initiatives to meet and exceed business requirements.
/li liWork cross-functionally with the senior quality managers and operations teams to ensure access to data and insights, managing deadlines in a timely and organized manner; /li liAnalyze data and reporting, create and execute various projects and keep stakeholders up to date; create reports, dashboards, and scripts/automations using Google Suite and Microsoft Office; /li liOwn key performance quality metrics and support in the creation of quarterly roadmaps that optimizes execution and quality standards; /li liDocument SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures)
and take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, and effectively communicate through presentations and workshops; /li liEnsure compliance with transport regulations and standards by verifying carrier documentation (e.g. onboard documents and required certifications), supporting adherence to applicable legal and operational requirements.
/li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liSkilled in data management; /li liHighly analytical; /li liGood at communicating and presenting; /li liA fast learner; /li liRequired: advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite) /li liConsidered a plus: knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Looker, and Power BI /li liFluent in Italian, with a very good English level; /li liGraduated either in Engineering Management or Economics; /li liKnowledgeable about operations and supply chain management fundamentals (logistics, forecasting, planning, optimization), either gained through work experience or through academic education (graduate degree).
