Six Senses Rome & Milan seeks a Cluster Director of HR to lead the human resources function across the Rome property, Milan cluster office, and the upcoming Six Senses Milan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business related field, 5+ years in luxury hotel HR, and fluency in English and Italian, with EU/EEA eligibility to work in Italy.
