/p /brpFor our Pisa-based office we are looking for a Software Technical Leader to drive the design and delivery of complex software products end to end.
You'll combine strong hands-on engineering expertise (modern C++, Qt, distributed messaging, secure communications, REST APIs, and relational databases) with leadership across product definition, roadmap execution, and team enablement.
You'll be a key decision-maker, setting technical direction, ensuring engineering excellence, and partnering closely with Product Management to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software on predictable timelines.

/li /brlibLead development /b using modern C++ (C++17/C++20), Qt (Widgets and/or QML), ZeroMQ, POCO, OpenSSL, and RESTful APIs defined with OpenAPI.
/li /brlibImplement secure communication /b and cryptographic best practices using OpenSSL (TLS, certificate management, key handling).
/li /brlibModel and optimize data /b flows using relational databases (schema design, indexing, transactions, migrations).
/li /brlibMentor senior engineers /b through pairing, design sessions, and structured feedback; elevate team standards and practices.
/li /brlibDrive incident prevention and resolution /b via root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.

/li /brlibREST APIs /b with bOpenAPI /b: spec-first design, client/server generation, versioning, and documentation.
/li /brlibRelational Databases /b: schema design, SQL proficiency, transactions, performance tuning.
/li /brlibGit /b: branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow/Trunk), code review workflows, release tagging.
/li /brliBachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
/li /brli6+ years in professional software development with 2+ years in a blead/architect /b capacity (or equivalent impact).
/li /br /ul /brh3It will be considered a plus: /h3 /brul /brlibZeroMQ /b: patterns (REQ/REP, PUB/SUB, PUSH/PULL), multipart messaging, reliability considerations.
/li /brlibOpenSSL /b: TLS configuration, certificates/PKI, key/cipher management, secure channel integration.
/li /brlibCybersecurity knowledge /b: threat modeling, secure coding guidelines, SAST/DAST, CVE triage, dependency risk management (SBOM).
/li /brlibQt OpenGL and QLM /b: bOpenGLWidgets /b integration, rendering pipelines, performance considerations.
/li /brliExperience with bCI/CD /b (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines), containerization, and artifact management.
