We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Contract Coordinator to support our growing team.
If you're passionate about healthcare, thrive in a structured environment, and enjoy working cross-functionally, this could be your next great opportunity /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical's product portfolio.
/li liPrepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email.
/li liCollaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
/li liSubmit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.
/li liMaintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.
/li liAnalyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.
/li liCollaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
/li liProactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.
/li liContribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes.
/li liProviding support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed.
/li /ul h3Summary Of Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's Degree.
/li liMinimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field.
/li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
/li liExcellent analytical and organizational skills.
/li liDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
/li liResults-orientated with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
/li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
/li liA collaborative mindset and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
