/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs) /li liPrepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetings /li liConduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking /li liDevelop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROI /li liPerform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities /li liContinuously optimise controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team /li liWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in business administration or a related field /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers /li liProfessional experience in controlling is an advantage /li liExcellent communication skills and attention to detail /li liInterest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvements /li liInitiative and ability to work in a team /li liVery good English,
