/p h3About the role /h3 pWe are looking for a talented creative designer to complement our team and working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry.
The role will be aligned to deliver on our client's omnichannel strategy, focusing on digital and print asset adaptation and refresh.
/p pMust have visual communication skills including graphic design, layout, and typography, be comfortable in multiple workstream environments.
Will execute on a variety of digital, online, and print deliverables which include websites, banners, Interactive PDFs, interactive visual aids, brochures, product packaging.
/p pThis is an in?house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client.
You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects.
This means you'll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day?to?day organisation.
/p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDevelop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch, creating creative concepts /li liDevelop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables (print and digital) based on approved creative concepts, working to create adaptations and updates from existing materials /li liWork in partnership with the design and copy teams, along with the brand, project management and production teams on briefs, and project deliverables /li liEnsure that brand guidelines and given media specs are adhered to for print (final artworks) and digital creative executions (source files) /li liEnsure expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects /li liWork closely with project management under strict design guidelines /li liAbility to develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions /li liParticipate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liShould possess 7+ years digitaland print design experience including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience.
Desirable experience working for pharmaceutical companies.
/li liExpertise with full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; additional platforms such as Firefly, Figma and Sketch/3D a plus /li liBachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design (or other related field)
or equivalent years of experience /li liStrong design sensibilities with interactive expertise and knowledge of responsive design principles /li liAn understanding of layout principles and the cause and effect of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles /li liMotion Graphics including Video content editing/After Effects would be a key advantage /li liAbility to work in a fast?paced, rapidly changing environment /li liAbility to review and provide constructive feedback on creative work /li liWorking knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experience /li liFamiliarity of working within a project management system such as Jira /li liHave a detail?oriented mind, be well?organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline?driven environment with strong attention to detail /li liShould possess good oral and written communication skills and have a collaborative approach /li liItalian native language with business level written and verbal English /li liYou live breathe Greenpark's core values 'We Strive', 'Acting Together', 'With Kindness' – championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork – so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.
