/li /ul h3The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy /h3 ul li2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.) /li li2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products /li li1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design) /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal /li liA strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices /li liWe don't expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.
/li liStrong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI) /li liExperience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners /li liA hands-on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly.
/li liAbility to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
