ph3Role /h3 pThe Oncology Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing Genmab in Italy with accountability for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, specialist cancer centers, academic medical institutions, and oncology professionals across Italy.
This individual will be responsible for promoting Genmab's oncology portfolio, with a focus on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, to healthcare professionals and key decision?makers.
/p pThe KAM will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring optimal regional and local access across assigned territories.
The role requires a strong blend of scientific engagement, account management, stakeholder partnership, and market access capabilities.
The successful candidate will work cross?functionally to identify opportunities, remove barriers to access, and deliver value to healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.

/li liApply strong commercial acumen through market analysis, competitor intelligence, and agile adjustment of tactics to evolving market conditions.
/li liCollaborate cross?functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams to align communication, materials, and initiatives with local market needs.

/li liManage territory budgets and resources efficiently and in line with internal and external compliance standards.
/li liEnsure full adherence to Italian/Spanish law, industry codes of practice, and Genmab's internal compliance policies.
/li liEngage effectively through both virtual and face?to?face channels, adapting your approach to stakeholder preferences to maximize access and engagement.
/li liChampion Genmab's oncology portfolio with credibility, authenticity, and a strong commitment to ethical practices.

/li /ul h3Regional and Local Market Access /h3 ul liDrive regional and local access initiatives to ensure timely product availability and uptake following national reimbursement.
/li liMap and engage key stakeholders involved in access decision?making, including regional payers, hospital administrators, pharmacy directors, procurement teams, and healthcare authorities.
/li liSupport inclusion of the product in regional formularies, therapeutic pathways, and hospital protocols.
/li liMonitor regional funding mechanisms, procurement processes, and access barriers, developing tailored action plans to address them.
/li liCollaborate closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Government Affairs colleagues to implement regional strategies.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 3 years in oncology.
Expertise in gynaecological oncology and/or antibody?drug conjugates (ADCs) is highly desirable.
/li liProven success working across both large pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotech organizations, with deep knowledge of the Italian/Spanish oncology ecosystem.
/li liDemonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets within complex therapeutic areas.
/li liStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), multidisciplinary teams, and key accounts in the solid tumor market.
/li liSolid understanding of Italy's oncology reimbursement pathways, including regional access systems and funding mechanisms for injectable therapies.
/li liExceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail in a dynamic, fast?paced environment.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage).
/li liFluency in English is a plus.
/li liWillingness to travel across the assigned Italy territory as required.
/li liExperience launching new oncology products in the Italian market.
