/p h3Plant Quality Specialist – Porcia, Friuli?Venezia Giulia (Permanent) /h3 pAs a Plant Quality Specialist you are responsible for the quality of processes and product outputs and ensure full APQP application to handover the capable serial process related to special characteristics.
You act as a quality reference and represent the voice of customers, therefore the position holder is responsible for the quality of all references manufactured within his or her scope and constantly strives to improve its production processes.
/p h3Your mission /h3 h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liContribute to consolidating customer feedback by providing solutions to reduce the occurrence of NCs.
/li liPropose quality improvements, moving from part control to control of the manufacturing process.
/li liPerform Gemba walks and audits to identify risks and follow up action plans.
/li /ul h3Product and process conformity /h3 ul liSupport the guarantee of the quality of the products or components manufactured by improving the 0 defect detection process and bringing the process under control within the capability for special characteristics.
/li liParticipating in improving the robustness of the production process.
/li liContribute to ensuring ISO **** compliance and quality certifications for the site by applying all elements of the Group's Quality System.
/li liDecide on the acceptance of non-conformity according to the escalation process and in agreement with the Quality Manager and coordinate the corrective actions (QRQC).
/li liGuaranteeing control of processes (IPC – SPC) to avoid internal and external epidemics.
/li liParticipate and lead problem?solving groups (QRQC, etc.).
/li liSupport the Quality Incoming routines and drive efficient and effective complaint management to suppliers (external / internal).
/li /ul h3Training /h3 ul liAssist for quality training of operational staff.
/li /ul h3Gages and Means management /h3 ul liEnsure calibration of all means used in manufacturing.
/li liManage NC for any measurement means.
/li /ul h3Quality standards /h3 ul liContribute to drawing updating and developing Quality inspection sheets and KPI in line with the control plan.
/li liPrepare the validation of control processes and instruction sheets for the Quality Assurance department.
/li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in quality roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
/li liProven experience in non?conformity and customer complaint management, system and process audits, quality documentation and management systems.
/li liExperience in automotive, electrical, mechanical, or structured industrial environments is preferred.
/li liFamiliarity with standards and methodologies such as ISO **** / IATF ***** (if applicable) and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
/li liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management, Materials, or related fields) or alternatively, a technical diploma with solid experience in quality roles.
/li liPreferred qualifications: Master's degree or post?graduate courses in Quality Management.
/li liLean, Six Sigma, or Auditor certifications would be beneficial.
/li liIndustry?specific training (e.g., automotive standards, safety, regulatory requirements).
