/p h3Hierarchical Position /h3 pReporting to the Sales Support Supervisor.
/p h3Position's Main Goals /h3 ul liManages all Patients/Hospitals/Physicians related processes and documents /li liManages/supervises the logistic shippings returns of the LifeVest spares and sets /li liCreates/maintains relationships with the Hospitals to support with specific needs or information: shipping documents, manuals, declarations, patients' activations/dismissions, schedules, etc.




/li liSupports the Sales Team /li liInteracts with Invoicing and Orders/Credit Collection Team /li liInteracts with the Tech Support Team /li liInteracts with ZOLL EMEA colleagues and German central warehouse.
/li /ul h3Activities Details /h3 h3Document Management /h3 ul liPatients' records input into ERP /li liShipping document issuing /li liFitting/Prescription and Dismissions documents intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrive /li liPurchase Orders intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrive + internal sharing /li liCreation of new Hospitals accounts /li liPhysicians' directory creation and update /li /ul h3Logistics Activities /h3 ul liInventory check on the national territory /li liInventory management: allocate medical device components /li liCourier shipping management: check / order / monitor / ship / track medical device components /li liCoordination and management of returning shipments; support on top urgent shipments /li liRegular reporting, analyses and forecasting (ex. monthly reports on total number of shipments / returns / top urgent deliveries / open complaints / new LifeVest sets orders vs number of fittings, etc.) /li liQuality Management – check and replacement of expiring items / damaged items /li liInteraction with the German warehouse /li liCommunication with logistics partners /li /ul h3Competences /h3 ul liNative Italian speaker and fluent English /li liSolid MS Office expertise, with a strong focus on Excel (advanced level) and confident with ERP systems /li liOrganized, precise, respectful, friendly, team oriented with well?developed interpersonal skills both internally with co?workers and externally with customers and business partners /li liGoal?oriented thinking with a strong hands?on mentality and persistent approach /li /ul pPay Range: *****K Euro.
/p pThe compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
