/p pThe ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or mechatronics and at least 5 years' experience in Siemens Motion PLC programming and software development for process control and automatic machine control.
/p pThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing solutions and coordinating software development,
as well as testing and commissioning the machines/systems, while meeting time and cost targets.
The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary development team, working alongside mechanical designers and will interface with the development teams of our production management system.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThey will be required to: /p ul lishare and manage critical issues with Technical Management /li licoordinate the development of contract software (PLC and HMI) following methodologies and internal standards /li lidraw up project documentation and produce periodic work progress reports /li limonitor and supervise testing and commissioning activities, both on site at customer premises and through remote support /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in disciplines such as Electronics or Mechatronics /li liKnowledge of PLC and Motion Software Programming techniques /li liKnowledge of Siemens and/or Rockwell systems and development environments /li liKnowledge of SCADA systems and development with C++, C#, VB.net languages /li liProblem-solving skills /li li5-7 years' experience in similar positions /li liAbility to work in a team, ability to interact with business users /li liWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for short periods /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and English /li /ul pThe place of work is Spilamberto (MO).
