ph3Field Training Officer – Datacenter Security /h3 pSicuritalia S.p.A., the leading company in Italy in the Security and Facility Management sector, with over 18,000 employees nationwide, serving 100,000 clients and generating a turnover of €800 million, is seeking to recruit for our client, a leading multinational organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Field Training Officer to support their global datacenter security program spanning over 30 countries.
As the primary training resource for a campus or metro location, you will lead onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel, maintain accurate training records, support audits, and collaborate with campus and regional leadership to ensure high security standards and a strong culture of safety.
You will identify training gaps, implement structured development plans, and contribute to process improvements to continuously enhance the security program.
/p pReporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and capabilities of security teams while working closely with leadership across multiple sites.

/p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in the security industry and/or business management /li liAt least 2 years of training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage training documentation /li liProfessionalism and composure in high-pressure situations /li liWillingness to travel up to 50% /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in data center environments /li liExperience in training development or instructional design /li liExperience supporting multi-site or global operations /li /ul pThis role offers the chance to work with a prestigious client in the technology sector, gain exposure to international operations, and develop professionally through structured training programs and cross-regional collaboration.
