Driven by our purpose, to safeguard life, property, and the environment, we empower our customers and their stakeholders with facts and reliable insights so that critical decisions can be made with confidence. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Inspection Coordinator reports to the Operation Manger and is responsible for day-to-day inspection coordination and relationships between clients, inspectors and DNV as per contractual obligations, focusing on both Network Performing Offices and local external Contract operations. /p pThe coordinator performs the job within the framework of DNV Quality and Operational Procedures, Code of Ethics and the Group policy. /p h3Position Description /h3 ul liManage customers' requirements and Request for Inspection requests (RFI) /li liIdentify qualified inspectors to fulfil a specific service request /li liSubmit Inspectors' CVs and quotes to customers and monitor approval /li liEnsure POs are in place prior to the scope execution and monitor spend if required /li liMobilize the inspector for the inspection visit and update the inspector’s schedule /li liMonitor milestones and deadlines for timely transmission of deliverables /li liReview the inspection reports within the next 12 hrs after receipt and issue them to the client within the specified deadline /li liTechnical review of the inspection reports,

Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity. /p h3About You /h3 pPosition Qualifications: /p ul liPrevious experience in the Inspection Coordinator role is mandatory /li liGeneral knowledge of the Oil Gas industry and QA/QC services is mandatory /li liDegree (3 or 5 years) or equivalent standard in an appropriate discipline is preferred /li liExperience working with large international projects within the Oil and Gas and/or Renewables Industry is preferred /li liComputer literate with good IT skills, including experience with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce platform (preferred) /li /ul h3Location /h3 pVimercate, Italy OR Milan, Spain OR Barcelona, Spain /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
