Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives. /ppBy giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. /ph3What you'll be doing /h3pAs our Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be the person who ensures the integrity of our financial records and drives excellence in our accounting operations. /ppHere's what your day-to-day will look like: /pullipbGeneral Ledger and Subledger Ownership /b – Take full responsibility for General Ledger accounting, ensuring accurate and timely postings, robust documentation standards, and full reconciliation of subledgers. Oversee accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring proper clearing of suspense accounts and accurate reconciliation of bank movements. /p /lilipbBalance Sheet Integrity /b – Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring traceability and consistency across accounts. /p /lilipbFixed assets and Capex accounting /b – Manage capitalization policies, amortization schedules, and related accounting treatments. /p /lilipbPayroll Accounting /b – Oversee payroll accounting entries in coordination with external providers, ensuring accurate accruals, reconciliations, and consistency with statutory records. /p /lilipbAudit and Compliance Support /b – Act as key contact for statutory auditors and provide structured, high-quality supporting documentation. /p /lilipbTax and Regulatory Support /b – Prepare accounting data required for VAT and other tax filings, ensuring consistency with accounting records. /p /lilipbContinuous Improvement /b – Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control,



and documentation within the accounting function. /p /li /ulh3Who we're looking for /h3pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. Does this sound like you? /pullipbExperience /b – At least 5 years of experience in accounting within fintech, finance or corporate services, with a strong exposure to full closing cycles. /p /lilipbAccounting Knowledge /b – Solid knowledge of local accounting principles (bItalian and/or Luxembourg GAAP /b). IFRS exposure is considered a plus. /p /lilipbProactive Mindset /b – Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision. /p /lilipbOwnership, Accountability and Team Contribution /b – Ability to independently manage complex accounting topics and take full responsibility for assigned entities, while actively contributing to the overall quality, consistency, and performance of the Accounting team. /p /lilipbTechnical Skills /b – Comfortable working in structured ERP environments and modern digital accounting ecosystems. Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency are required. Experience with automation, data tools, or scripting-based workflows is a plus.
