ph3Graduate Field Engineer (Well Construction) /h3 pGraduate Engineers play a crucial role in a company's growth by becoming its future managers and technical leaders.
This position requires the holder to develop skills in product knowledge, leadership, customer interaction, and delivering all aspects of the Engineering scope of supply accurately and promptly.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will have opportunities to obtain professional membership with an institution.
You will learn the business from the ground up and become a skilled and confident specialist in the sector.
/p h3Essential Responsibilities and Duties /h3 pDuring the training program, your responsibilities will include: /p ul liEnsure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
/li liExecute service delivery to the customer.
/li liParticipate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
/li liDevelop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
/li liEnsure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self?assessments, and well site inspections.
/li liParticipate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
/li liWear PPE and observe HSE policies.
/li liMaintain the required safety training.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBS or MS: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering (other closely related degrees considered)
of a 2:2 standard or above.
/li liThe desire to work in a fast?paced, dynamic business on high?value, technically complex products/projects.
/li liAdvance and professional English and Italian.
/li liRight to work in Italy.
