/h3pAdmiralBet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for a bCredit Controller /b to support the management of commercial credit activities and contribute to the optimization of cash collection processes.
/ppYou will be involved in monitoring receivables, supporting risk evaluation, and ensuring timely collection of payments in line with company procedures.
/ph3What will you do /h3ulliSupport the management of the accounts receivable cycle, from customer onboarding checks to payment monitoring; /liliContribute to the analysis of customer creditworthiness (new and existing clients); /liliApply and monitor credit limits and payment terms in line with company guidelines; /li /ulpbCollection Activities /b /pulliMonitor customer aging and support collection activities; /liliPerform payment follow-ups (phone, written communication, and escalation when needed); /liliSupport the management of overdue accounts and recovery processes; /li /ulpbReporting Administrative Support /b /pulliPrepare regular reports on aging, exposure,
and collection performance; /liliSupport monthly and yearly closing activities related to accounts receivable; /li /ulpbCross?Functional Collaboration /b /pulliWork closely with Sales and Administration teams to ensure alignment on customer accounts; /liliContribute to maintaining accurate and updated credit data; /li /ulh3Who are we looking for /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law; /lili2–4 years of experience in similar roles; /liliBasic knowledge of accounting principles and credit management processes; /liliGood analytical skills and attention to detail; /liliExperience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or equivalent); /liliGood knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; /liliEnglish knowledge is a plus; /liliExperience in the gaming industry is considered a plus; /li /ulh3Personal skills /h3ulliStructured and detail?oriented approach; /liliAbility to work both independently and in a team; /liliAbility to manage priorities and deadlines; /li /ulh3What do we offer /h3ulliCorporate welfare benefits; /liliHybrid work model based in our Rome office, with lavoro da remoto options; /liliDynamic and collaborative environment; /lilibA structured growth path within the Credit Control and Finance function; /b /li /ulh3How to apply /h3pWe will assess your application through your CV.
