/li /ul h3THE ROLE /h3 pAs a Sustainability Manager focusing on client relationships, you will lead client engagements, manage major accounts, and oversee complex projects within the Food Beverage sector.
You will cultivate strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, secure new business, and co?create solutions aligned with client needs, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth and strengthening our market presence.
/p pYou will craft and implement account strategies that reflect client priorities and sustainability goals, working closely with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work primarily within your sector, occasionally contributing to projects across other areas.
In doing so, you will advance your consulting and relationship?management skills in a collaborative, purpose?driven environment.

/li liYou have 5?8+ years of relevant work experience with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting.
/li liYou are actively shaping your long?term path as a business development professional and feel confident managing accounts in the Food Beverage sector.
/li liYou have a good understanding of key challenges in the Food Beverage sector.
/li liYou have proven experience in project management.
/li liYou have solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
/li liYou hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative, science?based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, etc.).
/li liYou have a science?based mindset.
/li liYou are motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills.
/li liYou are confident using generative AI tools while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset.
/li liYou communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.
