Strategic Leadership: Lead local operations, manage budgets, and define growth strategies.
Partnership Development: Acquire institutional partners and manage B2 B relationships.
Compliance: Ensure all local operations adhere to Company policy and legal requirements.
Team Management: Mentor and develop the regional team to meet aggressive targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business leadership, general management, or senior B2 B sales.
Strong network in the local financial or tech sector.
Strategic mindset with a focus on compliance and sustainable growth.
Fluent in local language and professional English.
