Role
B2 B Product Specialist, Personal Work Solutions (PWS) provides commercial and technical expertise as a product specialist for Logitech's B2 B High-Touch (Enterprise Team) and channel teams in Europe.
The role engages Account Teams and the resell channel, collaborates on PWS pre?solutions engagements, and drives achievement of revenue targets for the product category through cross?sell, upsell tactics, and enablement.
Provide subject matter expertise of Logitech PWS Portfolio to Account Managers.
Learn and maintain in?depth knowledge of the PWS product portfolio, industry trends, and competition.
Accelerate the B2 B growth of PWS products by upselling and cross?selling to targeted Enterprise Customers via Logitech's resell channel partners.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting key advantages, features, and unique value propositions of the PWS B2 B product portfolio, solutions, and software offerings.
Develop Logitech PWS business through Direct Engage Teams and Enterprise Customers, supporting the Account Manager by presenting Logitech PWS?Headset solutions.
Track opportunity involvement through SFDC to show progress and involvement in the pipeline and sales activity throughout the sales process.
Achieve pre?assigned PWS revenue targets through business development and support efforts.
Support ongoing forecasting of the PWS category for the assigned territory.
Engage and facilitate product trials, nurture large opportunities, and follow up with targeted Enterprise Customers on behalf of Logitech B2 B channel partners.
Provide and/or conduct PWS enablement (training) as necessary.
Provide trade show, tabletop, lunch?and?learn support with channel partners and B2 B trade show engagements.
Work cooperatively with the existing Logitech B2 B team, leveraging product management and marketing resources where appropriate.
Key Qualifications Experience with PWS solutions such as mice, webcams, keyboards, headsets, and device software management.
5+ years of proven sales experience working with direct engagement and B2 B channel partners (resellers and distribution).
Results?driven and committed to creating new opportunities in a growing business.
Strong sales and communication skills with the technical ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver influential presentations face?to?face and virtually.
Business and industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with Logitech Account Managers and Channel Partners to qualify and close business with Enterprise Customers.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a joint effort to drive business as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Behaviors Willingness to travel for internal training, sales meetings, and customer events (up to 40%).
Strong and extensive professional social networking presence.
High degree of persistence and follow?through.
Flexibility with scheduling, adjusting to changing business needs.
Education BA/BS or equivalent.
Formal sales and/or presentation skills training is heavily preferred.
Technical certifications are preferred.
