Job DescriptionThis is a key role to provide customer ownership, sales activity, build relationships and work directly with Italian Oil & Gas End-Users, as well as distributors, increase profitability and growth, end-to-end sales delivery across the product portfolio, provide technical advice to customers, manage individual territories and sales forecasting across accountsReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales delivery across the Italian Oil & Gas end-user market to meet sales forecasts and KPI’sIn this role you will be responsible for sales: strategy and delivery, forecasting, channel management, specifically Oil&Gas;’s market sector value proposition input, acting as the regional voice of the customer, budget management and perform project oversight, deliver operational excellence across different channels and in collaboration with other internal teams, use business development approaches to expand the customer base and potential revenue streams by identifying and setting up new customers.The role would suit responsibilities of delivering sales against agreed targets, providing technical advice to customers, growing current sales accounts, primarily within Italian Oil & Gas end-user organizations, feeding business intelligence into line managers and working with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience Requirements:Degree or recognized qualification in EngineeringSales experience in manufacturing & distribution (industrial engineering ideal) and accompanying proven track record of success,
likely to be gained from at least 4-5 years in a similar roleKnowledge and experience of sales techniquesProvent previous experience and customers network in Oil&Gas; industry/utilitiesFluent EnglishThe Successful Candidate:Industry experience or knowledge based on Oil & Gas background with a good understanding of the Italian Oil & Gas end-user landscapeCharismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen;
