Job Description Lead project Quality Assurance (QA), serving as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer on Quality issues.
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements, identifying proactively risks for potential non-conformities.
Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to achieve project objectives and regulatory standards.
Train and support project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes, promoting continuous adherence to standards.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality issues and implementing solutions using 8 D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years' experience in Project/Site Quality Management, including welded constructions.
Knowledge of harmonized standards (e.g., EN *****, EN *****, EN ****) and ASME BPVC, with expertise in Welding (e.g IWE), NDT methods (e.g RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g FROSIO).

Familiarity with quality and project management tools/processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 8 D) and relevant UK/EU directives (e.g., PED *******/EU, MRL *******/EC).
Proficient in English and Italian; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
Willingness to travel, up to 20%.

Compensation Basic wage component (gross): €59,000 per year.
This amount is our minimal offered salary.
Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
