What You Can Expect

- Sales Analysis, Planning and Forecasting
Responsible for processing sales data and reports relating to forecasts, plans, and budget processes used within the sales organization.
Prepare analysis and recommendations for colleagues with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
Using internal & external sources of data (training provided). Proactively monitors/controls and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
Assisting with planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the B‑F Italy Sales & Business Planning process.
- Manage a combination of existing sales/promotional dashboards and facilitate requests for customer information.
- Assign and maintain SKU allocation across customers where there are new or planned listings (KAMs/ Salesforce, etc.).
- Commercial budget monitoring: Partner and work closely with Finance and Pricing to monitor spend/discounting across our brands and customers. Upload customers rebate and promotion invoices to the Salesforce platform and ad-hoc administrative tasks within our systems.
- Data Maintenance: Be the Salesforce & KAMs “power‑user” for the business, working with regional IT on improvements & enhancements. Ensures customer and sales data being complete, updated and accurate.
- Systems’ development: Contribute to optimise the efficiency and optimisation of the processes and development of the sales systems.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience in a role focused on data analytics
- Attention to details, ability to work with data and numbers
- Highly IT literate - MS Office Applications & Google Suite




- Highly capable on excel/ G sheets for the purpose of analysis
- Great analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems
- Excellent presentation skills and able to translate sales and analytics in a clear, concise and visually appealing way (English and Italian)
- Self-starter with proven ability to identify issues and projects, plan and prioritize with demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects to completion by specific deadlines

What Makes You Unique

- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience from FMCG, luxury goods, wine and spirits preferred
- Familiarity with the On-Trade channel and its key dynamics; previous exposure to bars, restaurants, hospitality, or beverage industries is considered a plus.
