adidas Milano is seeking a Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead the sales team by example. Your primary objective is to support the store’s sales goals, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high levels of customer service and store standards.

You will mentor sales associates, keep the floor organized and well stocked, participate in sales activities, assist with inventory and opening/closing procedures, and foster an inclusive, team-first environment.
