/p pThe Global Logistics Project Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating logistics workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer?centric solutions across a complex international network.
This role focuses on process mapping, digitalization through RPA and AI, and executing improvements spanning order capture, order management, inventory, and collections.
Acting as a key liaison between global and regional teams, the role ensures that strategic logistics projects are delivered successfully and aligned to organizational priorities.
/p h3What kind of work will you be doing?
/h3 ul liLead global and regional logistics projects from initiation through successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
/li liDesign and optimize end?to?end logistics workflows, focusing on automation, scalability, and adaptability for diverse market needs.
/li liMap, analyze, and re?engineer logistics processes to eliminate inefficiencies and introduce best practices.
/li liPartner with IT and business stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy RPA, AI?driven functionalities, and other relevant digital tools.
/li liDrive improvements in order capture, order management, inventory control, and collections processes to maximize operational performance.
/li liDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establishing clear timelines and success metrics.
/li liCoordinate with cross?functional international teams (finance, supply chain, IT, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
/li liMonitor, track,



and report project performance against objectives, identifying and escalating risks where necessary.
/li liEnsure compliance with international trade, logistics regulations, and internal company standards.
/li liServe as subject matter expert in logistics process transformation, advising leadership on opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
/li /ul h3What will make you successful?
/h3 ul liUniversity degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li liMinimum 7–10 years of experience in global logistics, supply chain operations, or project management.
/li liProven track record in managing large?scale logistics or operations transformation projects across multiple geographies.
/li liHands?on experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and change management.
/li liStrong knowledge of RPA, AI applications, and digital process automation in a logistics or supply chain environment.
/li liFamiliarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle or comparable platforms).
/li liExcellent project management skills, with certification preferred.
/li liStrong analytical ability with the capacity to translate data and process insights into actionable improvements.
/li liAdvanced communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural context.
/li liProficiency in English is required; Italian and/or other languages are an advantage.
/li liStrategic thinking with the ability to balance execution detail with long?term vision.
/li liStrong focus on delivering measurable, data?driven business impact.
