ppWe are looking for an experienced and strategically mindedbGlobal Public Relations Manager /bto lead global public relations and brand communications for our growing luxury womenswear brand.
/p pThe ideal candidate combines a strong international network within the fashion industry with a deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, media relations, celebrity and VIP strategy, and cultural storytelling.
This role requires a highly proactive professional capable of driving impactful communication initiatives while elevating brand visibility across key global markets.
/p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDevelop and execute global PR and communication strategies aligned with brand vision, positioning, and business objectives /li liLead relationships with top-tier fashion editors, journalists, stylists, celebrities, influencers, VIPs, and key industry partners /li liOversee all press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days, and showroom management /li liDrive international media outreach and secure high-impact editorial coverage across print, digital, broadcast,



and social platforms /li liDefine and manage VIP and celebrity dressing strategies in alignment with brand image and seasonal priorities /li liIdentify strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and cultural relevance internationally /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels /li liSupervise the creation of press materials, brand presentations, media kits, and communication assets /li liMonitor media performance, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights and strategic recommendations /li liManage PR budgets, agency relationships, and external partners where applicable /li liSupport and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in PR and communications within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands /li liEstablished international network across fashion media, VIP, and influencer landscape /li liStrong understanding of luxury fashion communication and brand-building strategies /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian /li liProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and international environment /li liStrong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and media monitoring/reporting tools /li liPassion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture, and emerging industry trends /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
