**YOU WILL VIBE WITH US**As a ***Technical Leader*** you will be responsible for leading a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable ***back-end*** systems using Java and Azure technologies, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time, and optimizing system performance.
Main activities:* Lead the development of scalable back-end solutions using Java and Azure services;* Identify best practices for developing and refining back-end solutions;* Oversee the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using Azure;* Contribute to the creation and enhancement of core products and applications by adding new features based on evolving user needs;* Utilize Dev Ops tools to automate processes,
continuously integrate and deploy systems, and monitor application status in production;* Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Architects, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and QA to align technical solutions with business requirements and user needs;* Innovate and improve by staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, continuously driving innovation within the team and ensuring long-term sustainability.

* At least 2 years of ***prior experience as a back-end developer*** with a proven track record in Java and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) and at least 1 year in ***delivery management role***;* Knowledge of modern Java frameworks ***(Spring Boot)***;* Solid experience with ***microservices architecture***, RESTful APIs, and scalable distributed systems;* Previous experience developing code for cloud environments using Paa S (***Azure, AWS, GCP***);* Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments;* Experience with modern applications and understanding of SDLC (Git, unit testing, CI/CD);* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;* Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;* ***Fluent English***is required for effective communication with international teams and clients.
