ppPramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Jr Legal Counsel - internship to support the Legal department in the preparation of general contracts, supporting MA activities, the compliance and data privacy activities. /p h3PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS /h3 pThe Jr Legal Counsel will support the Legal Function in corporate activities such as contract review, corporate governance and compliance. The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international Corporate Legal Department, also supporting the team during MA activities. /p h3MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 ul liContract review: review and draft general contracts and deeds related to domestic and international commercial law, Real Estate, labor law, consumer law, e-commerce law, IT, Intellectual property Rights related matters, Sponsorships, trade practices and finance related matters. /li liCorporate Governance: Preparation of governing bodies meetings, minutes, resolutions and proxies; Supporting MA activities /li liCompliance:



support in the management of the Model of Organization, management and control ex D.lgs. 231/01.; and other corporate compliance and ethics program /li liData Privacy: support in the activities related to the compliance with applicable data privacy and security laws bringing all internal procedures in line with the GDPR 679/16 and privacy policies; /li liLitigation: coordinate litigation activities with the external counsel /li /ul h3PERSONAL SKILLS /h3 ul liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office /li liGood Knowledge of Italian and international law /li liExcellent English and Italian, any other language is an advantage. /li liThe candidate must have excellent attention to detail and good ability to work in team /li liHigh problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure /li /ul h3BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED /h3 ul liDegree in law /li liThe candidate must have excellent attention to detail and good ability to work in team /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
