This position is targeted at candidates with b2–4 years of relevant experience /b in Accounts Payable. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s liquidity, funding, and cash management activities. /p pLearn more at iongroup.com. /p h3Your role: /h3 h3Your key duties and responsibilities: /h3 ul liProcess and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. /li liReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in timely manner. /li liAssist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to accounts payable. /li liCollaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Treasury, Accounting) to ensure smooth operations. /li liSupport audits by providing documentation and explanations related to payables.



/li liContribute to the improvement of AP processes and ERP system functionalities. /li liContribute to the administrative management of the purchase order. /li /ul h3Other duties /h3 pYou may be asked to support additional finance‑related tasks as your role evolves. /p h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Accounting and Finance (with honours). /li li2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting. /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). /li liStrong knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles and VAT regulations. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. /li liAccuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liGood communication skills and a collaborative mindset. /li liFluency in Italian and good knowledge of English. /li liAvailability of travel to the company location in Emilia‑Romagna on a weekly basis. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract. /li liItalian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico). /li liGross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €35,000 to €45,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. /li liJob grade to be determined upon completion of the selection process, not lower than B2 level. /li liOpportunity to join a leading international technology group operating in the financial services industry. /li liExposure to senior stakeholders activities in a dynamic and growing environment. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pMilan /p h3Important notes: /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
